Seniorbilletter gælder for personer over 62 år. Billetten kan ikke ændres, refunderes eller overdrages til andre. Såfremt den rejsende ikke kan dokumentere, at han/hun er berettiget til denne billettype nægtes personen at rejse eller rejsen kan ombookes mod et gebyr på 500 kr. Billetten inkluderer 1 stk. indchecket bagage af 23 kg samt 1 stk. håndbagage af 8 kg.

Tickets for seniors are valid for passengers from the age of 62 (67 in Norway). Ticket can be altered and is also refundable up till 24 hours prior to scheduled departure. Checked baggage is limited to one piece of max 23 kgs and hand luggage one piece, max 8 kgs. If valid documentation proving the right to this type of ticket cannot be presented, the passenger will be denied travelling or change of ticket against a fee of DKK 500,00

Student (Denmark)

Tickets are valid for persons from the age of 12 till and including 17 years old. This ticket is also bookable for full time students (receiving SU). Passenger must be able to present a valid student ID/ proof of national service or valid apprenticeship contract. Tickets cannot be altered and is non refundable. Checked baggage is limited to one pice of max 23 kgs and hand luggage one piece, max 8 kgs. If valid documentation proving the right to this type of ticket cannot be presented the passenger will be denied travelling or change of ticket against a fee of DKK 500,00..

Student/Youth (Norway)

Passenger must present proof of age with valid photo ID. If the photo ID can not be presented upon request, you will be required to obtain an upgrade fee at a minimum of kr. 500,-. The youth ticket is not fully refundable after 24 hours from booking time. If ticket is cancelled after 24 hours from booking only the taxes will be refunded. Ticket can be altered against a fee of DKK 200,00 per person per flight segment excluding possible difference in ticket rate. Name change is possible at a fee of DKK 200,00 per person per flight segment (ticket is still to be open for use). Changes must be completed no later than 30 minutes prior to departure and within normal opening hours of the DAT Ticketing Agency. Checked baggage is limited to one piece of max 23 kgs and hand luggage one piece, max 8 kgs.
