Free seat selection: included
Hand luggage 8 kg: included
Checked baggage (23 kg): not included (Additional 300 DKK per flight leg)
Name change: not included
24 hours grace period: included. 24 hours right of withdrawal after booking if there is more than 24 hours before departure
Full refund of unused ticket*: not included
Rebooking (upgrade): included (500 DKK + price difference per flight leg )
Rebooking (downgrading): not included
*On Scandinavian routes, an administration fee of DKK 45.00 per flight is charged for processing refunds. If the total amount to be refunded is less than the total administration fee, no refund will be paid.
Changes are paid per person, each way. The above applies to all domestic flights in Denmark and Norway.
Children (2-15 years) pay 75% of the net price (excluding taxes). Infants who do not need a separate seat can be added free of charge. Refund administration fee and general terms and conditions apply.
