Rules for ticket prices:

Free seat selection: included

Hand luggage 8 kg: included

Checked baggage (23 kg): 1 pc. included

Name change: included

24 hours grace period:  included. 24 hours right of withdrawal after booking if there is more than 24 hours before departure

Full refund of unused ticket*: included (Up to 2 months after planned departure date)

Rebooking (upgrade): included

Rebooking (downgrading): not included

*24 hours right of withdrawal after booking if the ticket is booked more than 24 hours before departure.

**On Scandinavian routes, an administration fee of 45 DKK per flight is charged for processing refunds. If the total amount to be refunded is less than the total administration fee, no refund will be paid.

Changes are paid per person, each way. The above applies to all domestic flights in Denmark and Norway.

Please note that senior tickets have the same terms as FULL FLEX (except refunds and changes must be made at least 24 hours before departure), Um tickets have the same terms as BEDRE, and youth and campaign tickets have the same terms as GOD (except rebooking option).
