The booking flow or confirmation identifies any controller other than DAT A\/S.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Some passenger, travel-document, PNR and API information must be collected or disclosed to airports, border, customs, police, immigration or aviation authorities.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Health and accessibility information receives additional protection and is used only where necessary to arrange assistance, assess fitness to fly, meet a legal or safety duty, or respond to an emergency.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">DAT\u2019s live Cookie Declaration identifies the technologies currently used on dat.dk and book.dat.dk. It applies to people who visit DAT websites, search for or book travel, travel on a DAT controlled service, contact DAT, create a DAT Profile, receive DAT marketing, take part in a survey or promotion, or deal with DAT on behalf of a business, travel agency or other organisation.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">This Policy also provides the information required where another person, employer, travel agent, public authority or organisation gives DAT information about a passenger. A person making a booking for someone else should provide that passenger with access to this Policy.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">DAT offers its websites and services in several EU\/EEA countries. This Policy applies a common EU\/EEA privacy baseline. Where the law applicable to a particular recipient, route or service provides a stricter rule or additional right, DAT applies that rule. A country specific marketing exception is used only after DAT has documented that every condition is met, it is not treated as permission for partner marketing, personalisation or identifiable tracking.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Separate notices may apply to employees, job candidates, whistleblowers, CCTV, suppliers or other specialised processing. Where a more specific notice conflicts with this Policy, the specific notice governs that processing.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">If DAT operates an aircraft for another airline under an ACMI, wet-lease, charter or similar arrangement, the airline or charter customer that controls the passenger relationship will normally provide the primary privacy notice. DAT may process the following categories:<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Identity and contact data: name, title, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, nationality and preferred language.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Booking and passenger-name-record data: booking reference, ticket and fare details, itinerary, travel dates, companions, seat, check-in and boarding status, baggage, special service requests, disruption handling, refunds, vouchers and booking history.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Travel document and advance passenger data where required: document type, number, issuing country, expiry date, nationality, sex or gender marker, date of birth and other API or PNR fields required for the route.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Payment and transaction data: payment method, billing information, transaction status, token or limited card details, refunds, chargebacks and fraud signals. DAT does not need to retain full card credentials where payment is handled by an approved payment provider.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Accessibility and health data: wheelchair or mobility assistance, allergies or medical information, oxygen requirements, MEDIF information, fitness-to-fly information and other special assistance that you request or that is necessary in an emergency.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Data concerning children and unaccompanied minors: age, date of birth, travel arrangements, required identity information, language, and contact and relationship details of the adults responsible at departure and arrival.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Profile and authentication data: profile identifier, saved details, preferences, login and security records, linked bookings and information received from an approved social sign-in provider. Third-party sign-in providers process their part of the sign-in under their own terms and notices.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Legal basis. DAT may use a narrowly defined existing-customer exception only where the law applicable to the recipient permits it and every condition, including a completed sale, DAT\u2019s own similar services, notice and an easy opt-out at collection and in each message\u2014is satisfied.
