Overview of ticket types

Everyone is different – fortunately. DAT offers different ticket types, so you can choose the one that suits you best. For example, get full flexibility with our FULL FLEX tickets.

It is not possible to downgrade the booking.

On Scandinavian routes, an administration fee of DKK 45.00 per flight is charged for processing refunds. If the total amount to be refunded is less than the total administration fee, no refund will be paid.

Changes are paid per person, each way. The above applies to all domestic flights in Denmark and Norway.

Please note that senior tickets have the same terms as FULL FLEX (except refunds and changes must be made at least 24 hours before departure), UM tickets have the same terms as BEDRE, and youth and campaign tickets have the same terms as GOD (except rebooking option).

Infants under 2 years old travel free

Infants under 2 years old who do not occupy their own seat travel free of charge with an adult on all ticket types. You will be equipped with a special safety belt for the infant.

Infants must always travel with an adult and you can only bring one infant per adult. DAT reserves a maximum of 3 infants per flight. Infants are not allowed to use car seats during take-off and landing on DAT flights.

Child ticket (2-15 years)

Children between 2 and 15 years old do not pay the full fare when traveling with an adult. They still have the option to choose between different ticket types and pay the following percentages of the ticket prices:

God: 75% of the ticket price

Bedre: 75% of the ticket price

Full Flex: 75% of the ticket price

Discounts do not include taxes and fees. Persons aged 16 years and older must book an adult ticket.

When your child is traveling alone, you can order a UM (unaccompanied minor) ticket.

Territorial continuity – Flights from/to Lampedusa and Pantelleria

The territorial continuity fares apply only to the routes operated under the territorial continuity scheme from/to Lampedusa and Pantelleria (Palermo-Lampedusa and vice versa, Palermo-Pantelleria and vice versa, Catania-Lampedusa and vice versa, Catania-Pantelleria and vice versa, Trapani-Pantelleria and vice versa). The fare levels are fixed and established in a public agreement. Residents and non-residents are free to purchase fares online. For additional fare levels according to the agreement (sick, sportsmen, students) please contact DAT customer service.

Children get 33% off the NET price and infants get 90% off. Discounts do not apply to airport taxes.

Resident students: Price applies to students from Pantelleria, Lampedusa and Linosa.

Italy:

Children receive a 33% discount on the NET fare, and infants a 90% discount. Discounts do not apply to airport taxes.

Is your child traveling alone?

Then you need to book a UM ticket (Unaccompanied Minor or unaccompanied child). With a UM ticket, your child will be accompanied on the entire journey, from check-in to arrival. Your child will always be supervised by our staff and we ensure that your child has a safe and secure travel experience.

How do I cancel/refund my ticket?

You can easily cancel individual flights or your entire booking. However, your options depend on the ticket type you have purchased - you can see this on your ticket.

Here is how you do it:

Go to the "My bookings" page and log in with your booking reference found on your receipt or ticket and your last name.

Then tap "cancel departure" to cancel a single segment or "cancel entire booking" to cancel all flights in the  booking. Within 48 hours, you will receive a confirmation of your cancellation (excluding weekends) and what amount you are entitled to as refund according to the applicable ticket rules.
