They apply when you create or use a DAT Profile.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">A DAT Profile is optional. You must provide accurate and current information and keep it updated. The name used for a booking must match the passenger\u2019s travel document where required.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">You may create a profile using an email address and password or, where offered, an approved third-party sign-in service. You may not create a profile using another person\u2019s identity or use a profile for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jupiterx-single-advanced-accordion-wrapper  jx-ac-inactive\" id=\"\" >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-single-accordion-header\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-single-accordion-header-left\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-single-accordion-header-icon-toggle-wrapper jx-single-accordion-header-icon-toggle-wrapper-hide\" >\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"jx-ac-title\">What the DAT Profile provides<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-single-accordion-header-right\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"jx-ac-icon-body-closed jx-ac-toggle-icon fas fa-chevron-right\"><\/i><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"jx-ac-icon-body-opened jx-ac-toggle-icon fas fa-chevron-down\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-single-accordion-body  jx-ac-body-none\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-ac-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-ac-content-inner-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jupiterx-ac-content-is-editor\"><p class=\"p1\">Depending on the functionality made available by DAT, a profile may allow you to:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">store contact and passenger details for future use,<\/li><li class=\"li1\">view or manage eligible past and upcoming bookings,<\/li><li class=\"li1\">complete future bookings more quickly, and<\/li><li class=\"li1\">manage profile, privacy and communication preferences.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">A profile does not itself provide loyalty points, discounts, cash value or other benefits. Please notify DAT promptly if you suspect unauthorised access and change your password where possible.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">You are responsible for activity that you knowingly authorise or cause. Information shown in your profile is provided for convenience and does not replace your booking confirmation or travel documents.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Deleting or losing access to a profile does not cancel an existing booking, create a right to a refund, or change the conditions applicable to that booking. DAT Customer Service can assist with an existing booking after appropriate identity verification.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jupiterx-single-advanced-accordion-wrapper  jx-ac-inactive\" id=\"\" >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-single-accordion-header\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-single-accordion-header-left\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-single-accordion-header-icon-toggle-wrapper jx-single-accordion-header-icon-toggle-wrapper-hide\" >\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"jx-ac-title\">Sign in with Google or Apple<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-single-accordion-header-right\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"jx-ac-icon-body-closed jx-ac-toggle-icon fas fa-chevron-right\"><\/i><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"jx-ac-icon-body-opened jx-ac-toggle-icon fas fa-chevron-down\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-single-accordion-body  jx-ac-body-none\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-ac-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-ac-content-inner-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jupiterx-ac-content-is-editor\"><p class=\"p1\">If DAT offers sign-in through Google, Apple or another provider, that provider will process information about your use of its sign-in service under its own terms and privacy policy. DAT receives the identifiers and profile information displayed to you during the authorisation process, such as your name and email address. DAT does not receive your password for the third-party account.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Deleting your DAT Profile does not delete your Google, Apple or other third-party account. Processing that is objectively necessary to provide the profile is based on the profile contract. Security and fraud-prevention processing may be based on DAT\u2019s legitimate interests, and booking or accounting records may be retained to comply with legal obligations.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Detailed information about data categories, purposes, legal bases, recipients, international transfers, retention and your rights is provided in Appendix 1 below. DAT will request any marketing consent separately through an optional, unticked choice. Refusing or withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your profile, bookings, prices or service.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">If you consent to marketing emails, DAT may send information about DAT flights, fares, routes and travel tips, and any specifically identified categories of partner offers covered by your consent. DAT will not provide your email address to a travel partner merely because DAT includes that partner\u2019s offer in an email.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">DAT will use booking history and route preferences to personalise marketing only where you have selected the separate personalisation choice. DAT will record identifiable email opens or link clicks only where you have selected the separate email-tracking choice. You may choose marketing emails without agreeing to personalisation or individual open\/click tracking. Personalisation under these Terms selects which ordinary content or existing offers are shown, it does not alter the ordinary fare displayed in DAT\u2019s booking system.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Every marketing email will provide an easy, free method to unsubscribe. Withdrawal applies to future marketing and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jupiterx-single-advanced-accordion-wrapper  jx-ac-inactive\" id=\"\" >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-single-accordion-header\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-single-accordion-header-left\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-single-accordion-header-icon-toggle-wrapper jx-single-accordion-header-icon-toggle-wrapper-hide\" >\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"jx-ac-title\">Profile duration and deletion<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-single-accordion-header-right\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"jx-ac-icon-body-closed jx-ac-toggle-icon fas fa-chevron-right\"><\/i><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"jx-ac-icon-body-opened jx-ac-toggle-icon fas fa-chevron-down\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-single-accordion-body  jx-ac-body-none\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-ac-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jx-ac-content-inner-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jupiterx-ac-content-is-editor\"><p class=\"p1\">Your profile remains active until you delete it or DAT closes it under these Terms. You may request deletion through the available profile settings or by contacting DAT Customer Service.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Following deletion, DAT will delete or de-identify profile data that is no longer necessary. DAT may continue to retain booking, payment, security, suppression and consent records where they are processed for another lawful purpose, such as an existing booking, accounting, fraud prevention, compliance, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect customers, DAT or another person. DAT will provide reasonable advance notice of a material adverse change unless urgent legal or security action is required.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">If a change requires a new contractual acceptance or consent, DAT will ask for it before the change applies to you. A change to these Terms will not expand an existing marketing or tracking consent.
