Marketing Intern
Do you study Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality or a similar undergraduate degree programme and have to complete an internship as part of your studies? DAT is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team for the winter semester 2025/2026! We work with social media marketing, initiate & coordinate marketing campaigns and activities with our local airport and tourism partners in Denmark, Norway, and Germany.
Are you tech-savvy, have an interest in social media as well as corporate communication, we would like to meet you. As Marketing Intern, you will gain insight in contributing original content, suggest creative ways to attract customers and learn how to promote our brand.
Responsibilities
You will be involved in:
– Creating and maintaining campaign and marketing activities across our business units (primarily scheduled services)
– Researching audience preferences and discovering current trends
– Creating engaging text, image and video content to sustain readers’ curiosity and in other ways create buzz around DAT
– Staying up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring efficiency
– Connecting with co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
– Overseeing social media accounts’ layout
– Suggesting new ways to attract prospective customers
Qualifications
– Must be a current student of a relevant Marketing, Tourism or other similar degree
– Open and creative mind
– Interest in and understanding of how to execute marketing activities
– Ability to work cross-functionally across teams to identify key themes and needs for the business
– Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
– Insight into social media platforms
– Ability to deliver creative content
– Insight into online marketing strategies and marketing channels
– Good communication skills in both Danish and English
Desirable Skills
– Aviation or airline industry insight or interest
– Detail-oriented individual that enjoys a challenge
Start date and conditions
Start date: September 2025 (flexible). The position is full-time (37 hours per week).
Workplace: work from any of our office in Denmark (Bornholm airport), Lithuania (Kaunas) or partly remote.
